I am currently employed with Westmark Enterprises as a Technical Support Specialist. Working in this field of technology has provided me with knowlege and experience in testing products and software applications. This has included a testing and quality assurance phase where products are reviewed approved. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner . Strives to continuously build IT knowledge and skills.

My goal is to continue to grow my skills in quality insurance support and to gain experience working on software projects.
